Lately, I've been feeling heavy. The world's news is sad, our stories are sad and I think we are collectively struggling beneath the weight of them. Sometimes it seems as if we have forgotten that we are all different, but that our differences don't make us better than, they just make us...us. The shouting and insulting and negativity feels heavy. The sadness feels heavy. The fact that I need to navigate the best way to raise little people in the midst of all of that feels heaviest.
And so, there's this:
"Listen to the mustnt's, child, listen to the dont's. Listen to the shouldn'ts, the impossibles, the wont's. Listen to the never haves, then listen close to me...
Anything can happen, child. Anything can be."
